We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our nurturing team. Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging educational programmes tailored to the needs of children aged 0-5 years. Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere that encourages children to explore and learn. Manage daily activities, ensuring that all children are supervised and supported in their learning journey. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on children's progress and development. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive team environment focused on high-quality childcare. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, adhering to regulatory requirements. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early years education and childcare. Drive initiatives that promote inclusivity and diversity within the nursery setting.

Requirements

A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience in childcare settings is essential. Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or educational environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. A genuine passion for nurturing children's development and well-being. Ability to drive is advantageous for potential off-site activities or training sessions. Knowledge of child development theories and practices is preferred.
