We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Early Years Teaching Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage patient care effectively. As a Senior Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services, overseeing junior staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop appropriate care plans.
Provide diagnosis and treatment for acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records through effective data entry practices.
Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff, offering guidance and support in clinical practices.
Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing office communications, and maintaining organised records.
Utilise Google Suite for documentation and communication purposes effectively.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with patients and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and organisational policies.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with advanced practice certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
Strong administrative skills including clerical duties and data entry proficiency.
Familiarity with QuickBooks for managing financial records is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using computerised systems for patient management and documentation.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independent decision-making capabilities.
