Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our dedicated team at Charley Barley's Nursery. This role is essential in creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children, helping them to thrive and develop their skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of young children. Create a safe and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education are maintained. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community. Support children's emotional well-being and social development.

Requirements

Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting is essential. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and parents. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership qualities. A passion for early years education and child development.
