At Puzzled Education, we're passionate about developing confident, capable, and knowledgeable Early Years practitioners.
Based in South Yorkshire, we are a specialist Early Years training provider, delivering high-quality apprenticeships and qualifications that make a real difference to the Early Years sector.

Our team is made up of experienced tutors and assessors -- many of whom started their careers as nursery managers, room leaders, or senior practitioners before progressing into education. We believe in training with a difference, equipping every learner with the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive.

The Opportunity

This is your chance to step into teaching with the support of an experienced, passionate training team.
We're looking for individuals with strong Early Years backgrounds to join us as Early Years Tutors / Trainers -- helping learners achieve their qualifications and grow in confidence.

You'll:

Deliver inspiring and practical training sessions (face-to-face and online). Support learners through their Early Years qualifications, including apprenticeships and diplomas. Use your real-world experience to bring Early Years theory to life. Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate their achievements. Be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
About You

We're looking for passionate professionals who are ready for a new challenge -- people who care deeply about Early Years education and want to share that passion with others.

Essential:

A Level 5 or Level 6 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare Substantial experience in an Early Years setting (e.g. as a nursery manager or deputy). A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Excellent communication and organisational skills. A genuine enthusiasm for supporting others to learn and grow. The ability to travel around nursery settings in South Yorkshire

Pay: From 13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
