Eastern Region De-Litter Foreman

Who We Are

We are an established company since 2011, working in the agricultural hygiene industry. We are looking for an Eastern Region De-Litter Foreman to work out of our Norfolk site (NR8 6HF), to de-litter our poultry sites throughout the eastern region.

The Role

Supervise the de-litter team to ensure the work is completed to meet required deadlines Using Telehandlers, Bobcat Skid-steer or to de-litter poultry sheds when required Attention to detail to complete the role to the required standards of cleanliness Ensure all health and safety standards are met Scheduling collection of litter Movement of equipment Ensure daily checks of vehicles and equipment is completed Liaising with maintenance teams
The successful candidate will:

Have experience of supervising staff Have experience of driving or operating a bobcat skid-steer or telehandler Have experience of working on poultry farms or agricultural remits and loading trailers Be fit and healthy, and be able to work in a fast-moving industry Hold a Full UK driving licence Be expected to wear Personal Protective Equipment (supplied) Work Mon - Sat
