The Role
This project role offers the opportunity to work with one of our most high-profile client partnerships in the financial services sector on a global transformation of their early careers programme. You will collaborate closely with the Global Head of Early Careers and other key stakeholders to support the delivery of a change management programme encompassing team restructuring and process transformation.
Working alongside our AMS implementation team, your role will be critical in embedding best practice, early careers expertise, compliance, efficiency, innovation, and governance across the end-to-end global early careers process. You'll also play a key role in supporting the team as they adapt to new structures and ways of working, while pioneering fresh solutions and leveraging innovative technologies.
Additionally, you'll partner with the Client Director to shape the talent strategy for the account and drive achievement of all agreed quality standards and client satisfaction targets.
Key Accountabilities
Things you will do:
Build a strong understanding of the client's EVP, processes, and goals to ensure seamless delivery of their vision
Build strong and influential trusted partner relationships with identified senior client stakeholders
Be accountable for clearly communicating Strategic Account Vision and Plan to client and team
Unifies matrix resources behind shared priorities of productivity, account profitability and customer satisfaction
Accountability for issue resolution, supporting the wider team to resolve at the appropriate level
Create and implement continuous improvement plans and support technology enablement
Ensure compliance - AMS Risk Management Framework, including the identification and management of risk; legislation affecting area of work and reporting
Skills & Experience
What you'll need:
Must haves
Deep demonstrated understanding of Campus Recruitment Solutions and end to end full cycle operational processes
Working knowledge of contracts, financial levers, governance frameworks, business assurance and controls
Experience of using subject matter experts as appropriate to deliver projects
Subject matter expertise in local early careers recruitment practices such as campus marketing strategies, recruitment models and best practice recruitment
Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases
Thorough understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, compliance elements for contractors) and ability to guide and advise clients on legislation
Proven ability to work in a highly complex matrix organization
Proficient PowerPoint, Excel and reporting skills
Nice to haves
Financial services campus recruitment experience
Recruitment process outsourcing or consulting experience
