Job Overview



As the ECO4 Documentation and Submissions Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and verifying the accuracy of all ECO4-related paperwork. This involves working closely with surveyors, installers, and Retrofit Assessors to ensure timely and correct submission of documentation. You will be a vital part of the team, ensuring compliance with ECO standards and meeting necessary deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the completion and accuracy of all ECO4 paperwork. Work collaboratively with surveyors, installers, and Retrofit Assessors to ensure documentation is completed and submitted correctly. Prepare and organise all necessary paperwork for timely submission under the ECO4 grant scheme. Review Energy Performance Reports (EPRs) and related data to ensure compliance. Meet specific submission targets and deadlines. Ensure that all photos from the survey and installation stages are properly organised and compliant with ECO standards. Maintain efficient administrative systems, keeping accurate records and meeting deadlines. Confidently liaise with surveyors, energy assessors, and funding partners via phone and email. Be comfortable using relevant computer systems to upload and manage documentation. This is a busy, fast-paced role where your attention to detail and time management will be key to ensuring the business runs smoothly. You'll be reporting directly to the Submissions Manager and Head of Operations.

What We're Looking For:



At least 1 year of experience working with ECO submissions (preferably 2 years). Familiarity with the paperwork involved in ECO4-funded projects. A well-organised individual who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Strong communication skills, especially over the phone, and a professional approach when liaising with external parties. Competence with computers and the ability to upload and manage work through internal systems. A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong ability to manage responsibilities independently.

Work Schedule:



Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift) No weekends required Flexible working options available (either in-person or remote)

Salary:

Up to 28,000 per year - depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,000.00-28,000.00 per year
