Sales Administrator
to join our dynamic team.

As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will handle administrative tasks, process customer applications, manage client communications, and help move leads through the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Process new leads and applications for ECO4-funded installations
Arrange appointments and follow-ups
Communicate with clients to gather required documentation and information
Maintain and update CRM systems and internal databases
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely installations
Prepare and submit reports to track sales performance and customer progress
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client issues or queries
Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is essential
Current knowledge of the ECO4 Scheme is highly advantageous
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in GoogleSuite (Google Sheets, Google Drive & G-Mail)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
