We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our ever-growing team at The Gift Scholars as an E-commerce and logistics Coordinator with IT Support.

Based in Bidford-On-Avon, we are a merchandise, gift and toy supplier who have seen significant growth in the past ten years in the retail sector. The company has gone from working out of a tiny room supplying a handful of customers, to three buildings of offices and warehouses supplying over 150 companies. We have also established licenses with household names such as Coca Cola, Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City.

Job Role



As E-commerce and logistics Coordinator with IT Support, you will be reporting to the Marketplace Manager.

Main duties will include, but are not limited to:

Aiding the Marketplace Team with the delivery, tracking and invoicing of orders (including those to Amazon).

Check and ensure all products meet Amazon's compliance standards for the UK and EU.

Photographing products to document that they meet Amazon's guidelines.

Monitoring and managing returns from Amazon, including overstocked, damaged, or slow-selling items.

Processing orders from Amazon Vendor in the UK and Germany, including sending orders to the 3PL, raising invoices, and monitoring shortages.

Set up new products and improve existing listings to boost sales.

Carrying out ad hoc duties to support the Marketplace Manager.

IT Support



Be the main point of contact for IT issues

Learn how to troubleshoot and solve problems

Improve internal communications and systems

A knowledge of Excel is essential, and Sage 200 would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided.

Hours / Days (flexible if necessary)



Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 16.00

Friday - 07:30 - 15:00

25 Days Holiday plus bank holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,000.00-28,000.00 per year
