About the role
As Ecommerce and Marketing Assistant you will play a key role in developing the Tiktok strategy and Shop experience. Discovering appropriate trends and sounds, establishing community and brand voice on the platform with a focus on increasing followers and engagement. You will work alongside the marketing team and our external ad agency to optimize the shop and ad experience.
You will assist the marketing team with keeping the own brand website up to date with new marketing campaigns, customer journey developments, product uploads, day-to-day admin and ad-hoc tasks as well as being the point of contact for pre-order customer service enquiries via email and phone.
You will manage the social media inboxes on a daily basis across all channels including customer service and influencer enquiries, working together with the marketing team to identify potential collaborations and organise gifting or referring customers to the correct customer care channels.
You will assist the marketing team with creating, resizing and organising assets for social media (organic and ads), website, online retailers, sales materials e.g. CADs and exhibitions using software such as Canva, Adobe and Confect.
You will also assist with shoots helping to manage product samples, props and clothing to be used.

Excellent people/communication skills- must be comfortable speaking on the phone

Thorough understanding of social media (Instagram, Facebook,

and Pinterest)
Content creation experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience of Microsoft Office suite
Excellent level of English
1-2 year's experience in either/or retail / customer service / social media / marketing
Extremely organised and capable of developing processes to optimise productivity
Self-starter with an ambitious spirit, able to handle parallel work streams resourcefully and at pace, working both independently and collaboratively.
