THE ROLE




We are looking for a candidate with passion for sales, e-commerce and beauty to join our evolving team - someone that has the ambition of developing into sales and/or marketing in the future. The e-Commerce Assistant will join the Wella Company to work within one of the UK's leading Professional Hair and Nail businesses and will support the team across our portfolio of Professional and Retail Brands.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


General
Support the e-Commerce team in all day-to-day responsibilities. Support the team in any presentations required, and present when needed Other ad hoc requests to support the team as required including administrative tasks



Sales & Growth
Contribute to meeting company growth targets for e-Commerce customers on a quarterly/annual basis Track weekly & monthly sales and analyse performance in line with KPIs Recommend strategic and tactical changes to drive sales by reviewing customers online



Customer Support
Support the account managers with executing co-marketing and monthly promotional plans with customers Work closely with brand teams to deliver assets & content for launches Create New Line Forms for new product launches across retailers Liaise with Amazon advertising agency to build plans



Online
Driving perfect store online with customers using the CARS framework - work with retailers to ensure imagery and content is consistently up to date and A standard across all brands
Lead new launch execution from start to finish, including but not limited to, asset creation, brand store updates, regime bundle creation and more

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS




Previous relevant experience Strong Microsoft Office skills essential, especially Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical and organizational skills Commercially minded and have an affinity with numbers Demonstrate a pro-active attitude and flexible approach Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work under pressure Ability to develop effective working relationships and be a good team player. High level of numeracy, marketing sense and communication skills Amazon Vendor Central experience is preferential but not required Able to demonstrate a creative flair! Able to demonstrate a passion for brands Photoshop skills are a bonus Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven ability to develop creative solutions thinking analytically and conceptually.
