Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Ecommerce Assistant to join our growing Ecommerce team at PrettyLittleThing. Working closely with Product, Buying, Merchandising and Studio teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring new products and campaigns go live accurately, on time, and to the highest standard across all territories.


This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, has a strong understanding of ecommerce user behaviour, and is passionate about delivering a seamless online shopping experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Publishing new-in and campaign launches across multiple territories in line with KPIs Working with Buying, Merchandising and Studio to collate product lists and ensure timely uploads Managing product taxonomy, upsells and cross-sells to maximise product visibility and performance Maintaining cross-sells on new-in and best-selling products Assisting with colour swatch creation and on-site product presentation Collaborating with SEO to create and maintain categories for new trends, campaigns and best sellers Supporting Ecommerce Assistants, Copywriters and Visual Merchandisers to ensure a smooth and efficient upload process Executing daily trading activity across desktop, mobile and app for all markets Supporting the Ecommerce Operations Lead with larger projects and initiatives Continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working Undertaking additional duties in line with business needs and workload demands

What We're Looking For

A strong understanding of ecommerce, online customer behaviour and the wider digital landscape Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines independently Previous retail or ecommerce experience, with a creative and flexible approach A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Confident using Microsoft Excel Experience using a PIM system is desirable but not essential
