Ecommerce Assistant
to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based role where you'll support day-to-day operations and ensure our online store runs smoothly.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of online marketing strategies and have a passion for driving sales through various digital channels. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and project management abilities to enhance our e-commerce presence and optimise customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Upload and maintain product listings across ecommerce platforms.
Process customer orders and ensure accurate records.
Update stock levels and liaise with suppliers when needed.
Assist with customer queries via email/phone.
Prepare reports and analyze sales using Excel.
Provide administrative support to the ecommerce team.
Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve user experience.
Manage product listings on platforms such as WordPress, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility.
Create engaging copy for product descriptions, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts.
Analyse website performance using tools such as Google Analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Oversee Google Ads campaigns, optimising for maximum ROI through targeted advertising strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute B2B marketing initiatives that align with overall business objectives.
Utilise Adobe Photoshop for image editing and enhancement to ensure high-quality visual content.
Manage social media accounts, creating content calendars and engaging with followers to build brand loyalty.
Provide leadership in project management, coordinating tasks across teams to meet deadlines effectively.
Maintain organised records of marketing activities and performance metrics using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience
The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and email marketing platforms.
Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and communication skills tailored for business audiences.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
