E-Commerce Assistant



Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:45 - 17:15 (1-hour lunch break)

The Role



We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our fast-paced media and e-commerce team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a full range of digital activities across our global websites, including product uploads, presentations, and online promotion. You'll also contribute to wider digital marketing initiatives, from SEO to email campaigns and social media.

Key Responsibilities



Upload and manage product listings with SEO-optimised titles, descriptions, and images Enhance product presentation and on-page marketing across all Medisave websites Support SEO initiatives to improve search engine visibility and organic performance Assist with the creation of content for digital marketing channels (email, social media, PPC) Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to gather product information and digital assets Help produce and edit product photography and 360 imagery using Photoshop or similar tools Contribute to ongoing global website maintenance and improvements

Requirements Essential:



A good general education or equivalent relevant experience A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a keen eye for detail Excellent organisational and communication skills Comfortable working across teams and time zones

Desirable:



Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify A basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop An interest in e-commerce, digital media, and emerging marketing trends
