Position overview:


As an E-commerce Executive you will manage our e-commerce sales channel and be the primary customer service representative. You will also be looking after our website making improvements that drive growth and maintaining essential functions such as accurate stock and creation of new products. This job requires communication with all branch teams including warehouse, purchasing and logistics to ensure customers are getting the best deal and service possible.

This job will require you to learn, multi-task, and develop your skills while actively pursuing interesting new challenges. This is an evolving position with great growth opportunity for your career where you will be able to grow in a dynamic environment together with the company.

What you'll be doing:



1. Sales & Customer service:
- Process orders and enquiries efficiently in-person, via phone, and online.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to resolve issues and provide support.
- Greet and assist visitors in-store, ensuring a welcoming experience.

2. E-Commerce management & growth:
- Manage and optimise product listings and pages on Shopify.
- Coordinate with web developer, designer and marketing teams to improve customer online experience.
- Help manage and improve digital marketing.

Job Requirements:


- A completed university degree (any discipline)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience using Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and CRM is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, communication & number skills, and a knack for problem-solving
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
