We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and enhance our online sales strategy, optimize the user experience, and drive revenue growth.
Job Summary:
The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing Omrax Limited's online presence, ensuring the seamless operation of our e-commerce platform, and developing strategies to increase online sales across multiple marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, marketplace management, and data analysis, with a keen understanding of customer behavior and online trends. They should also be capable of building and managing a team while overseeing marketing and promotional activities across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and revenue growth across marketplaces like Amazon, The Range, Wayfair, and B&Q.....
Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns on various platforms to maximize sales opportunities.
Ensure smooth functionality, performance, and security of all e-commerce channels.
Implement and oversee SEO, PPC, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives to increase traffic and conversions.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce efforts.
Build and manage a team to support various e-commerce operations and digital marketing activities.
Oversee and coordinate marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, such as payment gateways and logistics partners.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations related to online transactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, The Range, Wayfair, B&Q) and their selling platforms.
Experience in using_

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles and website optimization techniques.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Experience in managing online advertising campaigns and social media marketing.
Ability to recruit, train, and manage a team effectively.
Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and inventory management in an e-commerce environment is a plus.
