We're growing quickly and are looking for a switched-on E-commerce Content Administrator to help us keep our product listings sharp, engaging, and always up to date. You'll be based in our lively Woodford Green office, working closely with our team and suppliers to ensure our online store always looks its best and runs like clockwork.

What You'll Be Getting Stuck Into:

Uploading new products and keeping existing listings fresh and accurate Auditing the website daily and sorting out any hiccups you spot Editing product images and making sure our site looks tip-top Keeping tabs on stock levels and making updates as needed Writing original, engaging product descriptions Regularly checking competitor prices and helping adjust ours to stay ahead

What You'll Bring to the Table:

Strong writing chops, with a knack for SEO-friendly content A curious mind and a comfort with tech and e-commerce tools A love for processes, details, and data (spreadsheets don't scare you) A team-first attitude, a sense of humour, and the ability to keep your cool under pressure Experience using e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce Clear, confident communication - both written and spoken Ideally 1+ year in a similar content or e-commerce role
