We're a growing UK-based e-commerce company that supplies defibrillators, Storage, CPR training equipment, and other essential medical products to individuals, businesses, and organisations across the country.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with stock, and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and possess strong organisational skills.
What you'll do:
Be the voice of our brand: Achieve a full understanding of our mission and products to be able to deliver expert advice and customer support.
Website product listing updates.
Communicate clearly and confidently across all platforms (chat, email, social, phone).
Take initiative and solve problems independently.
Manage orders and updates across our e-commerce and support platforms.
Coordinate with our warehouse to track deliveries and resolve order issues.
Work with global payment and return systems to manage refunds, returns, and exchanges.
Stock management
Build real relationships with our customers -- going above and beyond to help.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide feedback on customer preferences.

What you bring:
Experience in customer service role.
Comfort with e-commerce platforms, CRMs, and order management tools, such as WooCommerce and Shopify
Strong IT skills, with proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
