to join our growing team. This role is central to the day-to-day running of our online store , ensuring customers receive excellent service and that orders, products, and systems run smoothly.
You'll work closely with operations, and logistics to support the full e-commerce journey--from customer enquiry to successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat, and phone
Process orders, refunds, returns, and exchanges
Liaise with couriers and suppliers to resolve delivery issues
Monitor orders for errors, fraud, or fulfilment issues
Assist with reporting on customer issues and common trends
About You
Previous experience in an e-commerce or customer support role (preferred)
Confident communicator with excellent written English
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with software platforms
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience with CRM or helpdesk systems (e.g. Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk)
Understanding of online payments, shipping, or returns processes
Interest in fitness.
