Digital Catalogue Assistant
eCommerce Operations Coordinator
Product Listings & Data Assistant
Location: Melton Mowbray
Contract Length: 4 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Competitive (based on experience)
If you're a detail-driven, data-loving whizz with a thing for spreadsheets, structure, and
systems, we'd love to hear from you!
We're Vint Street - a fast-growing crew on a mission to give iconic brands and forgotten
gems a second life. Based in Leicestershire, right at the heart of the country, we re-love
and re-sell incredible vintage finds, keeping quality pieces out of landfill and into the
hands of people who'll treasure them.
Right now, we're gearing up for a big influx of new stock, and we need an eCommerce
and Inventory Specialist to help us manage and organise the chaos. This is a fixed-term,
full-time role based at our Melton Mowbray HQ - you'll be right where the magic (and
spreadsheets) happen.
What We're Looking For:
We need a high-IQ operator who lives for structure, logic, and problem-solving, who
loves a good spreadsheet. This isn't a creative or comms-heavy role; it is pure backend
wizardry. Driven by an acute attention to detail, you will be key to helping us build out and
organise our inventory uploads so our sellers and buyers have the best possible
experience.
We're talking:
? Uploading hundreds of products to WordPress/WooCommerce
? Creating clean CSVs with proper formatting
? Resizing and reformatting images for consistent listing quality
? Building and applying category/subcategory frameworks
? Using RankMath (or similar) to add SEO tags and metadata
? Optimising bulk upload processes for speed and clarity
Splitting current inventory across the categories, reorganising and uploading.
Essential Skills & Experience:
? WordPress backend proficiency (must know your way around uploads, exports
categories, product variants, etc.)
? Google Sheets & CSV mastery -- creating formulas, data formatting, splitting, and
cleaning
? Familiar with AI SEO tools like RankMath
? Confident editing image sizes and ratios in bulk
? Logical thinker who can structure complex data intuitively
? A methodical approach with a very sharp eye for detail
? Comfort working solo, efficiently, and under light-touch direction
? Previous experience on short-term eCommerce projects is a bonus
What You'll Be Doing:
? Supporting the upload of a large volume of new stock across 15+ product
categories
? Streamlining inventory management by cleaning and structuring data
? Setting up new product categories and ensuring naming/tagging consistency
? Collaborating with our internal team to align upload systems with seller tools
? Improving and documenting workflows for future use
Our Ideal Teammate:
? Doesn't need hand-holding, but isn't afraid to ask smart questions
? Loves efficiency, hates chaos
? A spreadsheet native who sees patterns in data
? Values sustainability and indie culture
? Gets a quiet thrill from watching a clean bulk upload execute flawlessly
