The Opportunity



We are seeking an experienced

Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager

to join our team and play a lead role in shaping the digital presence of our brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, customer-centric marketer with a passion for digital trends and data to play a pivotal role in our e-commerce strategy. Working closely with the marketing team, you will solely manage all of our digital marketing activities, including website management, email marketing, SEO and PPC.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage day-to-day delivery of digital marketing activities across all channels. Manage and optimise website content, including homepage updates, optimising product pages, and daily amendments. Lead major website projects such as the development of a new B2B trade portal and the rollout of new site features and design improvements. Upload all new products to website and associated launch content. Create an email marketing strategy and implement, improving list hygiene and segmentation. Responsible for organic Pinterest activity, pinning relevant and inspiring content. Plan and execute paid and organic digital campaigns to support brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Collaborate with internal teams and manage external digital agencies. Monitor analytics, produce monthly and ad-hoc performance reports, and implement data-driven improvements. Support broader marketing initiatives, ensuring all digital activity enhances the customer journey.

Skills & Experience



Confident with website management and updates. Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within the

luxury, interiors, or design sectors

. Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices, including content planning and performance optimisation. Experience with paid digital advertising, SEO, and email marketing campaigns. Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social insights platforms.

Hours



Monday: Thursday 8am -5pm

Friday: 8am - 1pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 45,000.00 per year
