Job Description

We're a growing embroidery and uniform business looking for a

proven e-commerce and digital marketing professional

to take ownership of our online growth and drive leads to our showroom. Our production team is strong - now we need someone tech-savvy who can

generate results across multiple online channels.

This is a

in online sales and showroom leads in order to continue in the role.

What You'll Do

Create and optimise

product listings, bundles, and promotions

across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop. Manage and improve our

Shopify website

, ensuring a smooth customer experience and suggesting improvements. Plan and manage

Google Ads and other paid campaigns

to drive traffic, sales, and showroom leads. Develop and run

digital marketing campaigns

(email, social media, promotions) to drive both online sales and physical store visits. Monitor performance, analyse data, and report on results. Ensure customer queries and messages are handled promptly and professionally.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing

Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and digital ad campaigns

. Strong understanding of

Google Ads, SEO, and online marketing strategies

. Confident in creating engaging content (images, product descriptions, bundles, social media posts). Analytical mindset -- able to track results and make data-driven decisions. Tech-savvy, organised, and able to work independently.

Sales-driven mindset:

you must be able to produce measurable results for both online sales and showroom leads. Professional references required.

What We Offer

Part-time minimum 30 hours/week, with potential to move to full-time based on performance. 12.21 per hour, plus potential for

commission/bonus

based on sales and lead generation results. 6-month probation: continuation in the role depends on achieving measurable results. A varied role where your skills directly impact the business's success. Proven experience in a similar e-commerce or digital marketing role is required, and valid professional references must be included on your CV.
