The E-Commerce Division of RKW is hiring - and we're looking to speak to people with a great administrative background and a keen eye for digital content.





As the E-Commerce Executive, you will work with the Head of E-Commerce & The Category Supervisor, in executing the channel's digital strategy across RKW's retail e-commerce account base. This role will be put in place to cover a period of Maternity Leave.

You will be based at our vibrant offices in Stoke-on-Trent, with flexible Hybrid-Working options available.

Responsibilities and Duties

Track and load new products for RKW on our e-Commerce accounts - 15 customers (retail & marketplace). Audit retailer websites for RKW brands to ensure our product detail pages meet brand guidelines. Work cross functionally with Buying, Product & Marketing departments, to create best in class content. Upload images and content for e-Commerce accounts & amend based on retailer specific guidelines. Competitive benchmarking. Keyword optimisation management. Submit and manage internal requests for A+ product detail - across managed accounts. Enrol ASINs into customer initiative programs & track accordingly. Liaise with RKW Account Managers weekly to deliver content updates (launch & audits). Be a point of contact for RKWs eCommerce retailers externally to deliver exceptional service. Track and monitor all workflow process & communicate daily with the Content Supervisor and ad-hoc to the eCommerce Director.

Skills and Desirables

1-2 years of general office experience in a sales environment. Preferably with Amazon / Online retail experience (although this is not essential). An understanding of internet-related technologies and best practices. Attention to detail, with an ability to oversee and prioritise multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capability to work both independently as well as in a cross functional team environment. Desire to continue to learn and grow professionally. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs. Ability to understand data.
