Job Description

The Role:


We are seeking a proactive and experienced E-Commerce Internal Operations Executive to oversee warehouse operations and manage our online sales platforms. This is a fast-paced, varied role that is central to our e-commerce operations, requiring excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and optimise online sales platforms (Amazon, eBay and TikTok), ensuring product listings, stock levels, and order fulfilment are accurate and efficient. Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Lead and setting performance standards and ensuring smooth daily workflows. Monitor inventory levels; conduct regular stock takes and audits. Handle customer service enquiries across email, live chat, phone, and marketplace messaging, providing accurate information and professional support. Manage returns, damaged goods, and restocking procedures. Analyse operational data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with logistics and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and suggest upselling/cross-selling opportunities. Ensure online listings are accurate and comply with marketplace standards. Assist with Amazon private label operations and advanced PPC campaigns.

Key Requirements:



Proven experience in warehouse or logistics, preferably in an e-commerce setting. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay and TikTok). Proficiency with Amazon private label management and advanced PPC strategies. Experience with tools like Keepa, Helium 10, Photoshop, and product sourcing platforms. Excellent analytical skills and keen attention to detail. Effective communicator with strong problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to multitask in a high-pressure environment. Bachelor's degree required. Full time 35 hours week A minimum of 28 days of paid annual leave per year
