Product Sales & eBay Sales Executive
to take ownership of our e-commerce and physical sales efforts -- including product listings, packaging, customer interaction, and generating leads to grow our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
eBay & Online Sales Management:
Create and optimise listings for vehicle parts, detailing products, and accessories on eBay and other platforms.
Handle all online order processing: from taking payments to printing shipping labels and organising dispatch.
Professionally manage buyer queries, offers, returns, and disputes.
In-Store Product Sales:
Assist walk-in customers with product recommendations and purchases.
Maintain the showroom's product displays and stock rotation.
Upsell complementary items and promote seasonal offers or bundles.
Packaging & Distribution:
Package orders securely and professionally for national delivery.
Coordinate collections or drop-offs with couriers and postal services.
Monitor inventory to ensure stock accuracy and timely restocking.
Sales Management & Reporting:
Track sales figures across all channels and report on performance.
Actively pursue new leads and sales opportunities both online and in-store.
Suggest promotions, bundles, or upselling strategies to improve revenue.
Monitor stock turnover, identify bestsellers, and recommend product changes.
Maintain a high feedback rating and customer satisfaction score.
Skills & Experience Required:
Prior experience in eBay, Shopify, or similar online selling platforms is preferred.
Strong product listing, description writing, and basic photography skills.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail for inventory and packaging.
Confident in face-to-face customer interaction and product upselling.
Comfortable handling physical packaging and distribution tasks.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Desirable (But Not Essential):
Automotive product or vehicle parts knowledge.
Familiarity with Royal Mail Click & Drop, DPD, or courier software.
Experience in managing small retail or sales operations.
Creative or visual merchandising skills for in-store displays.
