Location
Based at the Ardleigh depot, Colchester with travel to other depots as required.
Hours
This is a full time role, working 39 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise the Tuckwells' Ecommerce platforms, ensuring strong product listings, pricing, and merchandising.
Use analytics to drive improvements in conversion, order value, and customer retention.
Support growth across retail, turf equipment, and parts, working closely with our Retail Manager, Head of Turf, and Aftersales Sales Manager.
Collaborate with our digital agency and marketing team on site improvements, SEO and traffic-driving activity.
Support the Ecommerce Logistics Coordinator with fulfilment when needed.
Skills & Qualifications
3+ years experience working with ecommerce platforms and driving consumer sales.
Strong analytical skills and confidence using ecommerce data tools.
Great organisation, communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A proactive, commercial mindset and enthusiasm for improving the digital customer journey.
Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
A full and valid driving licence is required.
