THIS IS A VOLUNTEER ROLE
As a Ecommerce Listing Volunteer you will play a vital role in supporting our online sales operations. You will assist in managing our online store, contributing to the organisation's fundraising efforts by helping generate revenue through online sales. This role is ideal for someone passionate about eCommerce, customer service, and making a positive impact.
Do you enjoy selling items on online? Would you like to use your online know-how to raise funds for your local hospice? We're looking for online volunteers to help our retail team by researching and then listing items on online . With your help, we can raise the essential funds that keep our care going.
You will be joining a small team of volunteers and will be involved with the whole process of selling, from researching the item to packing the item ready to be shipped to the customer.
Online retail is an important way to raise funds for the hospice.
Using digital platforms can help us maximise the value of items generously donated for our care.
Key duties and responsibilities
Listing Creation:
o Photograph and describe items for sale accurately and attractively
o Research similar items to determine appropriate pricing.
o Write detailed, appealing product descriptions with relevant keywords.
Order Fulfillment:
o Process and package sold items for shipping.
o Ensure items are shipped promptly and securely.
Collaboration:
o Work with other volunteers or staff to identify potential items for sale.
o Help organize donated items for the online store

Pay: Up to 0.01 per hour
