Job Summary



We are seeking a skilled and committed

Grant Writer

to join our team of researchers and strategists. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, drafting, and submitting compelling grant proposals that secure funding for our scientific, educational, and innovation-driven programs.

This role requires exceptional writing ability, strong analytical thinking, and a structured, strategic mindset. The Grant Writer will collaborate with leadership, finance, and research teams to ensure that every proposal reflects our mission and meets all formal and technical funding requirements.

Key Responsibilities



Research and identify potential

EU, national, and private funding opportunities

aligned with our strategic priorities. Write and edit

high-quality grant proposals

, concept notes, and project summaries that clearly articulate goals, outcomes, and impact. Develop

budgets and financial reports

in coordination with the finance team. Maintain a database of funding opportunities and submission timelines. Review and proofread applications to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity. Manage

grant contracts

and reporting obligations, ensuring full compliance with terms and funding conditions. Contribute insights from funding trends and research findings to inform the development of programs. Support strategic planning to align grant writing efforts with institutional growth. Maintain relationships with funders through transparent reporting and follow-up communication.

Qualifications



Proven experience in

grant or technical writing

with a record of successful proposals. Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate funding priorities and eligibility. Understanding of

budgeting and financial reporting

processes for grant applications. Familiarity with

EU or international grant frameworks

(e.g., Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, Creative Europe) is an advantage. Excellent written English with meticulous attention to structure, tone, and detail. Ability to work independently while coordinating across departments and managing multiple deadlines. Background in economics, marketing, neuroscience, innovation management, or related fields preferred.
