Ecommerce Manager

45,000 + Bonus
We're working with a founder-led Streetwear Fashion brand in London that are on the lookout for an Ecommerce Manager. With a loyal following and fast-growing digital presence, this brand is now scaling up: evolving it's ecommerce game, expanding beyond the UK and preparing for game-changing global collaborations.
They are a culture-first business so you will be joining a team that values creative input and in-person team collaboration and you will have ownership from day one! Your focus will be to drive revenue and optimise the digital experience across their owned platforms, ensuring every campaign, collection drop and conversion lever is aligned to their ambitious growth goals.
Please note, this role is full time in the office!
About the Role:

• Maximise trading performance by analysing what sells, when, and why -- and optimising accordingly
• Work hand-in-hand with merch, marketing and content to plan and execute high-impact product drops
• Own CRM and email marketing (Klaviyo) and support agency-led paid media activity
• Spot conversion gaps, test solutions, and continually refine the onsite customer journey
• Collaborate with the Head of Ecom, COO and wider trading team to drive smart decisions that compound results

• Strong ecommerce trading experience, ideally in Fashion or Streetwear
• A commercially focused mindset -- driven by data, not just aesthetics
• Skilled in Shopify Plus and the digital "dark arts" of conversion
• Experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM tools
• Confidence working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
• Enjoys working in an office environment
