ABOUT THE ROLE




We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Ecommerce Manager to join our Ecommerce team on a full-time basis for 12 months. This role will be based in our Merton office.


Oversees the overall e-commerce strategy, operations, and performance. Responsible for driving sales and improving customer experience.


KEY REPSONSIBILITIES




Responsible for the development and maintenance of the New Ecommerce Japan website locale Acting as the main point of contact for all B2C Japan locale e-commerce operations, overseeing both front-end and back-end website management, supply chain, fulfilment and customer service. Managing Japan partner instructions and guidelines, coordinating activities related to Japan locale operations to ensure seamless collaboration and execution. Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on all Japan locale revenue, sales, and expected targets, ensuring key milestones for online revenue are met. Conducting competitor benchmarking to analyse market positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics within the Japan e-commerce landscape. Managing the day-to-day operations of Japan ecommerce team, prioritizing workloads according to business needs while ensuring optimal website performance. Overseeing the execution of website merchandising assets and data management, ensuring seamless delivery and adherence to project timelines. Tracking and analysing sales performance, conversion rates, and other key business metrics, providing insights for future performance and strategies. Conducting site audits and implementing initiatives to improve the online shopping experience, focusing on customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX). Collaborating closely with the Buying and Commercial teams to align on trading strategies and optimize the online product offerings. Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding project status and operational activities. Responsible for the maintenance of online processes and guidelines for the internal website teams and Japanese partners.

PROFILE & KEY SKILLS




7 Years experience Management: Strong leadership experience with a track record of successful team and project management. Technical Expertise: Proficient in B2C platforms, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), HTML, XML, and SEO. Analytical Skills: Extensive experience in data reporting and analysis using SAP and Excel to inform strategic decisions. Design & Customer Experience: Expertise in UI, UX, and Customer Experience (CX) to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Japanese (Mandatory)/ Chinese (Preferred but not essential)/ English (Mandatory)
