Ecommerce Manager
to lead our inbound digital lead generation strategy, optimising SEO, SEM, CRO, and data performance across every touchpoint.

Candidates must live within a 1-hour commute of Exeter, for regular in-person working days on Wednesdays.
Ecommerce Manager - Key Responsibilities
Lead website optimisation using A/B testing, user journey mapping, and analytics to boost conversion and performance
Own SEO strategy, including technical audits, keyword planning, content optimisation, and backlink growth
Plan and implement paid search/display campaigns to attract and convert high-intent audiences
Manage the full inbound funnel: digital engagement, CRM integration, and automation pipelines
Oversee marketing database integrity, segmentation, compliance (e.g. GDPR), and integration with campaign tools
Establish KPIs, generate lead performance reports, and use insights to refine tactics and drive growth
Ecommerce Manager - Experience & Skills
We're looking for a digitally confident strategist who thrives on testing, learning, and optimising inbound journeys. Ideal candidates will bring soem or all of the following experience:
A proven track record of delivering inbound lead generation via SEO, SEM, and CRO
Experience managing high-performing websites, landing pages, and optimisation tools
Familiarity with GA4, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager, and CRM/marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Brevo, or Mailchimp
Deep knowledge of keyword strategy, content optimisation, performance marketing, and analytics reporting
Confidence in data management, segmentation, GDPR compliance, and campaign targeting
A commercial mindset with analytical thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
A passion for digital excellence and continuous improvement
