Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in London to drive the success of our e-commerce clients. This is a pivotal role within the business, where you will take ownership of our clients' e-commerce platforms, focusing on driving online sales, optimizing customer journeys, and enhancing digital marketing performance.

As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of websites, improving conversion rates, leading SEO and paid media campaigns, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize performance. You will also collaborate closely with our creative team to ensure that all digital touchpoints align with the brand's tone, vision, and commercial goals.

We are also actively exploring how AI and generative AI can enhance the e-commerce experience. While deep expertise in these areas isn't required, we value curiosity and a strong willingness to learn how these technologies can drive growth and efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-driven professional with at least 4 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing to take the next step in their career and play a key role in our continued growth.

Key responsibility



Manage and enhance our Shopify Plus platform, ensuring a seamless, high-performing, and user-friendly experience that continuously improves the customer journey. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to boost website traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximize online sales. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, and marketing) to align digital initiatives with overall business objectives and brand vision. Lead SEO and paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), optimizing performance to achieve strong ROI and sustainable growth. Execute A/B testing and CRO strategies to refine site performance, enhance user engagement, and drive better customer experiences. Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics, using actionable insights to refine digital strategies and drive continuous improvement. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, identifying new opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage. Manage supplier relationships, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and fully optimized for search visibility and conversions.
