Key Responsibilities
:
Manage and maintain product listings across various online platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Temu, and TikTok.
Optimize listings with high-quality images, SEO-friendly descriptions, and keyword-rich titles to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
Monitor inventory levels across all platforms, ensuring that stock is accurate and orders are fulfilled on time.
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, customer service) to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Oversee day-to-day order management and ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries on online platforms, providing excellent service and resolving issues as needed.
Track and analyze sales performance across platforms, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, platform-specific guidelines, and ecommerce trends to continually improve operations.
Requirements
:
Proven experience managing ecommerce operations, particularly in B2C or online retail sales.
Strong knowledge of online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Temu, and TikTok.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, order management systems (OMS), and inventory management tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret key performance metrics.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in listing management and order fulfillment.
Experience with SEO, digital marketing, or social media marketing is a plus.
