, we are the UK's leading experts in luxury sauna, steam, spa, and wellness products. We're known for our unmatched craftsmanship, high-performance equipment, and unwavering authenticity. With a new website about to launch, and our European expansion well underway, we're building the team to take our online retail business to the next level.
That's where
you
come in.
The Role
We're looking for an
eCommerce Manager
who lives and breathes online retail -- someone equally comfortable tweaking a Shopify Plus backend as they are analysing product performance, liaising with developers, or briefing freelancers on creative deliverables.
You'll be the
central figure driving the ongoing performance, optimisation, and evolution
of our websites -- both UK and EU -- across B2C and B2B channels.
Your job is to ensure that the
entire eCommerce experience delivers results
: strong UX, seamless site functionality, growing AOVs, and a clean, elegant path to purchase. Although you'll work alongside the digital agencies, freelancers, and in-house teams that manage various aspects of our digital marketing and website development, you will also be required to roll up your sleeves and assist with on-site content and general website changes on a regular basis.
This is a
hands-on, high-impact
role that will grow into a leadership position over time as you build out your own eCommerce team.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Managing, maintaining, and optimising our
Shopify Plus
websites across the UK and EU.
Uploading and managing all website content: new products, collections, landing pages, blog content, imagery, and metadata.
Ensuring the
user experience remains seamless, modern, and on-brand
, while constantly seeking opportunities to improve conversions and reduce friction.
Liaising with developers, digital agencies, SEO specialists, and freelancers to deliver updates, fixes, and performance improvements on time and to spec.
Monitoring and interpreting key analytics data (Google Analytics, Search Console, Klaviyo, Shopify reports) to
make data-led decisions
and deliver continuous improvement.
Overseeing product taxonomy, categorisation, and navigation logic to ensure intuitive and efficient user journeys.
Collaborating with marketing, sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure the site reflects business priorities and supports campaigns.
Supporting the
launch and strategic growth
of our EU site and adapting user experience for different markets.
Being proactive -- suggesting improvements, spotting gaps, and never settling for "good enough."
You'll Succeed If You...
Have
3+ years
of experience managing or running a high-performance eCommerce site on
Shopify Plus
, as well as experience in internationalisation, Shopify markets, and expansion stores. Understanding and awareness of localised SEO and Hreflang is important.
Possess a deep understanding of core eCommerce fundamentals -- UX, analytics, conversion rate optimisation, merchandising, customer journey mapping, etc.
Have strong IT and computer literacy -- must be comfortable navigating warehouse management systems (such as Cloud Commerce Pro), ecommerce platforms, and spreadsheets.
Are a
strong operator
with excellent attention to detail and the ability to execute independently and at speed.
Can confidently brief and manage developers, designers, and third-party agencies to deliver digital projects.
Understand the wider digital marketing landscape (SEO, PPC, email, social) and know how these impact eCommerce performance.
Are fluent in Google Analytics and Search Console, with a
data-first mindset
.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy
working collaboratively across departments
.
Are proactive, humble, commercially aware, and passionate about the
world of wellness and digital retail
.
Want to build -- processes, systems, websites, a team -- and
leave your mark
on a growing business.
What You'll Get

Full ownership of high-performing Shopify Plus websites -- UK & EU.
