Job Overview

We are looking for a full-time Creative Ecommerce Marketing Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing compelling visual content for digital marketing, product campaigns, and brand storytelling. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with a passion for design, social media, and e-commerce to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced health and wellness brand.

Duties

Design & Content Creation

Design static creatives for social media ads, organic content, and influencer marketing Produce short-form videos and motion graphics for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels Develop visual assets for product launches, promotions, and email campaigns Create branded templates for ongoing marketing use (e.g., in Canva or Adobe Suite)

Brand & Marketing Collaboration

Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines and style direction Contribute creative ideas to elevate content quality and engagement Support wider marketing campaigns with design assets and layout suggestions

Cross-functional Projects

Collaborate with customer support to align tone of voice and design messaging Liaise with marketing, e-commerce, and operations teams to ensure design consistency across channels

Skills & Experience

Proficient in Canva; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus) Strong understanding of social media content formats and trends Creative thinking with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling Excellent communication and teamwork skills Basic video editing experience preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
