Carbeth Plants is a fast-scaling, digital-first eCommerce brand rooted in horticultural excellence. Specialising in indoor and outdoor plants, we are redefining how customers experience gardening--from discovery to doorstep.
We're looking for an ambitious, forward-thinking Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator to join our growing digital team.
This is a high-impact role for someone ready to take ownership of cross-channel campaigns, push the boundaries of performance marketing, and collaborate with cross-functional squads across CX, Trading, and Fulfilment.
You'll help us shape the next phase of growth--building campaigns that convert, journeys that retain, and data that powers smart decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise marketing activity across key growth digital and performance marketing channels.
Work in agile collaboration with CX, Trading, and Content squads to ensure campaigns are aligned with stock availability, seasonal trends, and customer needs.
Own the marketing calendar--integrating BAU trading priorities with retention flows and brand storytelling.
Brief and manage content creation (copy, imagery, video), ensuring all outputs are on-brand and performance-oriented.
Build and optimise email journeys, including automation flows, triggered campaigns, and seasonal promos.
Analyse KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CVR, LTV, and bounce rates--reporting weekly insights and actionable next steps.
Monitor UGC, reviews, and social signals to improve content resonance and address potential pain points.
Support SEO and on-site merchandising improvements through collaborative input with web and product teams.
Stay on top of eCommerce and digital trends--from AI-generated content to TikTok commerce and first-party data strategies.
Explore new channel opportunities (e.g. influencer-led TikTok campaigns, micro-targeted acquisition tactics, loyalty loops).
What We're Looking For
2-3+ years in a performance marketing, DTC, or eCommerce coordination role.
Highly organised, self-starter mentality with a growth mindset.
Deep familiarity with digital tools like Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, and GA4.
Confident using analytics platforms and A/B testing methodologies to inform decisions.
Experience working in agile environments or cross-functional squads a plus.
Strong communication skills--able to align marketing efforts with CX, Ops, and Product teams.
Creative but commercially minded--you can turn insight into campaigns that both inspire and convert.
Passion for digital innovation, customer experience, and sustainable commerce.
