Your responsibilities
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to coordinate our Creative, Marketing, IT and e-Commerce projects. In addition to overseeing the delivery of cross-functional activity, you will need to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional multitasking abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Support the Creative and e-Commerce department heads to define scope, budget and timelines for projects.
Take ownership of project operations and lead with supervision from the Commercial Director.
Manage incoming project requests and turn these into briefs as needed.
Manage projects from briefing to delivery, updating and monitoring deliverables as needed.
Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Assign tasks as needed to the relevant team members and monitor progress.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, on time and within budget constraints.
Conduct regular project status meetings within the Commercial function and project reviews.
Continuously evaluate and refine internal processes to optimise workflow efficiency.
