We are looking for an experienced and commercially-minded eCommerce Marketing Manager to join our growing eCommerce team. Reporting to the Head of DTC eCommerce, this is a pivotal role, taking ownership of the day-to-day trading and digital performance across our core branded websites--two of which are household names within their category. You will work closely with the wider marketing and digital teams to hit commercial targets, maximise online sales, and ensure our trading strategy aligns with business goals.




Responsibilities and Duties -








Strategy & Planning




Develop and execute short- and long-term e-commerce strategies to grow direct-to-consumer sales across branded websites, aligned with overall business goals. Lead the planning of website performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, etc.), using data-driven insights to shape commercial and marketing strategies. Identify and prioritize new online growth opportunities, including UX improvements, promotional initiatives, and digital channel opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of website strategy with brand messaging, customer experience, and operational capabilities.



Commercial Management




Coordinate pricing strategies and promotional activity, including National Promo Plan, tactical offers, and promo code led execution across relevant channels Own the daily/weekly reporting of sales performance across specific websites, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights. Support long-term website forecasting and deliver monthly updates for key product categories and trading cycles. Assist with monthly forecasting, updating figures to reflect trading performance and trends.



Marketing Communications




Develop monthly on-site marketing plans for lead websites working in partnership with the Marketing team. Assist with developing and delivering traffic and sales acquisition-driven campaigns, ensuring alignment with promotional calendars. Act as liaison with external agencies, guiding paid social, paid search, and affiliate strategy - including creative direction and acquisition planning. Support SEO efforts by reviewing and actioning technical audits, working closely with content and development teams. Collaborate on email and CRM marketing plans, supporting the development and execution of monthly campaign activity and optimization of automated purchase flows.



Customer Experience




Assist in the continuous optimisation of website performance, focusing on user journey enhancements, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Oversee the syncing of verified reviews (e.g. via Bazaarvoice & Reviews.io) for new product launches and ensure proper implementation across product pages. Support the creation, review, and publishing of new landing and product pages, ensuring quality, SEO compatibility, and brand consistency.



Analytics and Reporting




Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic sources, conversion rates, average order value, cart abandonment, and customer acquisition cost to optimize site performance. Leverage analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Shopify, or similar) to generate actionable insights that inform product, pricing, and marketing strategies. Produce regular dashboards and reports to track performance trends, customer behaviour, and ROI of digital campaigns, recommending data-driven improvements.



Requirements & Skills




Proven track record in an eCommerce or online retail role, ideally within a fast-paced consumer brand environment Data-literate and highly proficient with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Excel, and ideally Power BI Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret data to drive trading decisions Excellent understanding of eCommerce best practices, digital customer journeys, and conversion rate optimisation Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
