We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our e-commerce team in developing our online presence, an exciting role helping us to make the most of the amazing donations we get daily.

Position:

E-Commerce Assistant Manager

Location:

Lymington, Hampshire.

Hours:

4 hours per week (Regular overtime will be offered to support covering annual leave).

Salary:

12.39 per hour

About the role:

Working with the E-Commerce Manager and a team of volunteers to maximise online income for our Hospice charity.

Processing and researching donations to identify suitable goods for sale online.

Uploading products on to appropriate online marketplaces by writing descriptions and taking photos

Responding to online queries and providing excellent customer service.

Wrapping and dispatching items, ensuring goods are delivered within appropriate deadlines.

Occasional administrative duties.

About you:

We are looking for someone with...

An interest in antiques or collectibles. Strong computer skills, ideally with direct experience using eBay. Excellent organisational and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Motivation, problem solving skills, and the capability to work alone. This role can be physically demanding at times, so you will need to be physically fit.
