What you'll do



Take full ownership of Shopify website optimisation to enhance user experience and conversion rates. Implement advanced SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page) to grow organic traffic and improve rankings. Develop and manage Google Shopping campaigns to increase product visibility and sales. Run and optimise PPC campaigns, maintaining a strong ROI and efficient budget use. Analyse and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to uncover actionable insights. Create and manage Google and Facebook Ads to drive additional revenue and brand reach.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For



Proven Shopify experience with measurable success in improving performance and conversions. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, trends, and tools, with a record of driving organic growth. Experience managing Facebook Ads to grow brand awareness and conversions. Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and Shopify tools. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. A self-starter with a proactive, results-driven approach and ability to work independently. Knowledge of Google Ads, PPC, and ROI optimisation is desirable - training can be provided Design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) are desirable to support the creation of engaging digital assets.

Working hours and location:



The role is full time - starting between 8.00am and 9.30am, and finish between 4.00pm and 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week with 30 minutes or 1 hour for lunch), and you will be based at our modern offices near York (YO60 6PG) 5 days a week, so having your own transport is essential.
