Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Inbound and Outbound Sales
Handle and convert inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, emails) Understand client requirements and close deals Maintain follow-ups and lead tracking
E-commerce Operations
Manage Amazon/Flipkart seller accounts Coordinate listings, account health & order flow Handle client communication and reporting
PPC / Ads Support
Manage or assist Amazon PPC campaigns Track performance metrics (ACoS, ROAS, Sales, Spend) Share insights and updates with clients
Required Skills
Experience in Amazon/Flipkart operations Basic to intermediate knowledge of Amazon PPC Strong communication & sales skills Comfortable working with targets in a WFH setup
