Join our expanding Ecomm team with a leading role as our Ecommerce Operations Manager based in our Luton Hub.

Due to exceptional growth in our market-leading E-commerce parcel business there is a need to recruit a specialist

Ecommerce Operations

Manager

who will be based at our Luton Hub working Mon-Fri from 15:00-23:00.

What's on Offer:

Excellent, competitive pay rates -

40,000 Salary with 20 days annual leave rising to 22 after 2 years and 1 additional day per year thereafter up to a maximum of 25 days.

Monday-Friday day shifts

- though there will be a requirement on occasions to support with overtime and sponsor peak periods of trade

What We're Looking For:

A

self-motivated, reliable

individual with a "can-do" attitude

Previous management experience

in a warehouse environment (ideally in parcels, retail or ecommerce)

Strong communication skills

to build great relationships with customers A commitment to

service and professionalism

Someone that

wants to make a difference

and complete the Ecomm team in Luton

A mentor

to less experienced members of the team and to grow and nurture talent from within for succession management Someone who can step up and cover for the Head of Ecommerce operations from time to time
