Summary

Overview: Shapeshifter Nutrition Ltd. are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing & Website Coordinator to support the management of our E-Commerce websites (Wordpress & WooCommerce) and assist in the execution and tracking of our marketing strategy. This role requires a blend of technical competence and marketing awareness, with the ability to coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

Website Management (WordPress & WooCommerce):

Maintain and update the company's WordPress and WooCommerce websites. Perform regular site backups, plugin updates, and basic troubleshooting. Manage and test updates using a staging environment prior to live deployment. Update website content as required.
Marketing Strategy Support:

Assist in planning, implementing, and reviewing SMART marketing goals. Track and report on key marketing performance metrics. Liaise with external marketing agencies to align on campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance updates. Attend regular marketing meetings, take notes, and prepare summaries for internal stakeholders. Provide recommendations based on performance data and strategic objectives.
Skills and Experience:

Proven experience managing WordPress websites, including plugin maintenance and troubleshooting. Familiarity with WooCommerce or other eCommerce platforms. Ability to interpret and report on marketing data and performance indicators. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organised and capable of managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines. Familiarity with basic marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, or campaign dashboards is advantageous.

Education & Experience:

A degree or Level 5 Qualification in a relevant field (such as IT/Marketing) is preferred. At least 1 years of experience in a similar role is desirable.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-40,000.00 per year
