We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising our online sales platforms, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities



Manage and optimise product listings across various e-commerce platforms to ensure maximum visibility and sales performance. Conduct regular analysis of website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and paid advertising. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of products. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing returns or exchanges efficiently. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our e-commerce strategies competitive. Assist in the development of promotional content, including product descriptions, images, and videos that engage customers.

Requirements



Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (such as Google Analytics, SEO tools). Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in driving e-commerce sales is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
