We're looking for an ambitious Ecommerce Sales & Customer Service Manager to help build and lead our online sales and customer service operation. This is a hands-on role with real progression, ideal for someone who understands building materials and wants to grow a team underneath them.
Key Responsibilities
Drive ecommerce sales across B2C and B2B customers
Convert inbound enquiries into orders
Oversee customer service across phone, email, and online
Upsell, cross-sell, and improve order values
Recruit, train, and manage a growing team
Improve systems, processes, and performance reporting
Essential
Ecommerce, customer service, or trade sales experience
Good understanding of building materials and trade products
Strong commercial mindset
Confident communicator
Ambition to progress into a senior role
