We distribute and market these ranges to over 7,500 global retailers, schools and institutions including Argos, Walmart, Target, American Golf, TKMaxx and B2C channels including Amazon, eBay, Shopify and Wordpress.

Successful current experience within an e-commerce/marketing position.
A self-starter who shows initiative and confidence, who has the ability to switch between different brands and channels.
Willingness to immerse yourself in campaigns with a passion for designing and executing digital marketing plans.
A creative thinker who can develop content that will engage the follower.
Highly motivated with extremely proficient organisational skills and a positive and tenacious attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
Confident team player who can lead by example yet work independently when required.
Commercially aware and focused on ROI & other KPI's.
Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and a good eye for content creation and creative layouts.
E-Commerce:
Assisting with the growth of our sales & managing listings across Ebay, all our Social Media platforms and Shopify, so a strong background across marketplaces is key to success in this role.
Optimising listings to improve conversion by using SEO friendly strategies and tools.
Liaise with the e-commerce team to ensure KPIs are met.
Driving revenue & profit via Direct Consumer Traffic & other online channels.
Driving traffic using SEO, PPC, Email & Display Adverts.
Employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages.
Understanding online user-behaviour, customer journey, goals and identifying issues to optimise conversion rate.
Liaising with other departments within the business including the marketing and sales teams to plan out promotional activity.
Social Media
Conceptualise & create regular content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to aid the growth of the business.
Stay up to date on social trends (TikTok key) and act fast to create content in line with these trends.
Help the social media team to ensure social media brand guidelines and KPIs are met.
Monitor sports, technology and social media trends as well as digital marketing trends and web technologies.
Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns using clear, accurate and concise content.
Assist in day to day running of the B2C and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Be proficient in social media, both designing and producing copy.
Due to the changing nature of our business the job duties will inevitably change. From time to time, as directed by Management, it may be required to undertake other duties which fall within the successful candidates' capabilities.
