We are now looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team and help us expand our online presence while supporting the day-to-day running of the business.

Role Purpose

The E-Commerce & Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing our online sales platforms and enhancing our digital presence. This is a varied role, combining e-commerce management, social media marketing, website development, and general support for the director in the daily running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the company's e-commerce platforms, including eBay and our own website. Upload and maintain product listings with accurate descriptions, photography, and pricing. Run and oversee social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), creating engaging content to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and collaborations. Regularly update and improve the company website to optimise user experience and conversions. Monitor online sales performance and provide regular reports to the director. Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional, timely manner. Assist the director with day-to-day errands, office organisation, and general business operations. Stay up to date with e-commerce and social media trends to keep the business competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., eBay, Wix). Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation. Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress, Shopify, or similar). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask. A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to assist in a wide variety of tasks. Basic photography and/or graphic design skills would be an advantage.
Desirable Skills

Previous experience in retail, jewellery, or fashion. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing. Experience with online advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
