CineStore is an independent, fast-growing supplier of production consumables and accessories for the film and TV industry. Based in Glasgow, we operate online, B2B, and through our retail shop. The Role
We're looking for a
Temporary Warehouse Coordinator
to help manage daily warehouse and retail operations for at least
one month
, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs. We are looking for someone for an immediate start.
This is a
hands-on, varied role
ideal for someone organised, practical, and able to hit the ground running. You'll be working independently day-to-day, overseeing order dispatch, maintaining stock, and speaking with both customers and suppliers.
The warehouse functions as a hybrid retail space, so you'll work across dispatch, customer service, supplier communication, and inventory management. You'll have the tools you need to do the job, but we're looking for someone who brings energy, ideas, and initiative.
What You'll Do
Oversee all incoming and outgoing deliveries
Process and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time
Maintain our inventory system and monitor stock levels
Liaise with suppliers and source new products when needed
Respond to customer queries in-store, online, and by phone
Keep the warehouse organised, clean, and safe
Spot and fix issues before they become problems
Take ownership of your area, we don't micromanage
What We're Looking For
A self-starter who works well without supervision
Someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and follows through
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator with a friendly, customer-focused attitude
Comfortable switching between warehouse and retail tasks
Solid computer skills, you'll be working with inventory software, suppliers, and email
Retail or warehouse experience preferred (but not essential if you're quick to learn)
