About the Team:

  • Support the Economic Inclusion team in promoting services and engaging residents through a wide range of communications activity e.g. leaflets, e-shots, newsletters, social media
  • Develop and maintain an up to date knowledge of Lambeth providers, of good practise in employment support, and changes in welfare and employment policy that impact on this area of work
  • Update and maintain all aspects of the Opportunity Lambeth website including vacancy management, publishing news stories and events, creating and updating information resources
  • Provide a \xe2\x80\x98front door\xe2\x80\x99 service for residents making in-person, telephone and email enquiries to Opportunity Lambeth; conducting initial triage and referring into provision appropriate to their needs
  • To work collaboratively with other team members on a range of Economic Inclusion projects, contributing ideas and suggestions to help progress work more effectively and efficiently To develop and maintain good relationships within the Council and with external partners, supporting collaboration and \xe2\x80\x98joined up\xe2\x80\x99 working across teams
