EDI Coordinator



This role is key to promoting and championing Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) across UWS. You will support the EDI Specialist and People Experience Manager in delivering the University's EDI strategy, working closely with employee networks, coordinating events, and creating inspiring content for internal and external channels. Acting as a first point of contact for EDI queries, you'll provide advice, administrative support, and help embed EDI principles across organisational development activities. The role also involves assisting with policy implementation, supporting committees, contributing to initiatives, and representing the Equalities team at internal and external events.

The successful candidate should have the following:

Relevant qualifications or experience Experience of embedding the principles of equality and diversity within an organisation Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels, developing trust and credibility Demonstrable experience in the analysis, interpretation and reporting of data, such as PSED reporting and EIA
